Villa Pounta with private pool is located in a beautiful, quiet and unspoilt spot at the west side of Paros, very closed to famous Pounta Beach opposite of Antiparos, in a big plot of land 4.000 sq.m. This wonderful and traditional style villa consists of two units.
On the ground floor, which is about 100 sq.m, there is the main house and on the first floor, which is about 40 sq.m, the second guest house. In this villa you can find peace, tranquility and appreciate nature. It is situated about 8 km away from Parikia, the port of Paros and only 1.5 km away from the ferry to Antiparos. From every aspect of the house one can enjoy a majestic view of the Aegean Sea, the island of Antiparos, the channel with numerous yachts and the well known to surfers, wind and kite surfing spot of Pounta. Beautiful view and colorful sunsets are overwhelming. An air of elegance combines the contemporary aesthetics with the traditional Cycladic design in a unique and sophisticated way.
Entering the bigger property you find a spacious open plan area combining living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, giving a modern atmosphere. It consists of two five seat corner sofas, one of which opens up into double bed if needed. The decorative elements of the fireplace and traditional beams add coziness and relaxation to the place, as does the 42 inch flat screen led TV and the stereo (Hi-Fi).
 
There is also a dining table catering for six to eight persons and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances (ceramic cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster). Although pleasantly airy, air conditioning is provided in the living room.
To the left of the entrance, there is a corridor leading to three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms have queen size beds and two of them large cupboards. The master bedroom has exclusive use of an en-suite bathroom offering Jacuzzi bathtub. In the main bathroom there are twin sinks as well as a glass shower compartment.         
All windows throughout the house are double glazed, with wooden frames, internal shutters and screens.
You can enjoy relaxation on the large terrace of about 100 sq m., lying on any of the six loungers or dining on the outside dining table under the awning.
 
With exterior independent steps you have access to the guest house of 40 sq.m. Entering this property, the first thing that one notices is the brightness as the light penetrates everywhere through the windows. In the open plan area, with the air conditioning, there is a small fully equipped kitchenette consisting of a small fridge, a small cooker, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is also a table with four chairs and a small sofa bed suitable for a child. The bedroom is attractively decorated giving the air of romance. The windows all round overlook the beautiful scenery and the Aegean Sea. The elegant bathroom next to the bedroom has a glass door shower.
All windows are double glazed, with wooden frames, internal shutters and screens.
The 60 sq.m terrace will complete the pleasure, while absorbing the stunning views of natural beauty lying on the sun beds under the umbrella provided.
