This exclusive property, located in a privileged position on the water with 270 degrees unobstructed views. It is blessed with extensive sea views and view of Folegandros, Sikinos, Ios, Iraklia and Naxos. Villa Pirgaki is the only built villa in cape of Pirgaki offering pleasure to the eyes and soul of the most demanding clients.
The villa is surrounded by many trees and stone paths that follow you to the sandy beach. It has been built in a traditional architecture design and there are verandas with stunning views and several terraces with pergolas where you relax and shelter during sunny days. Use the traditional wood-burning oven and the barbeque for Greek delicious plates. You could exercise with your friends playing tennis in the private tennis court with canon or playing basketball next to the sea in the single basketball court. In our villa you could also enjoy the play room with two billiards (French and American).
 
The main entrance of the house leads directly to the living and dining room with the beautiful open plan kitchen, which is fully equipped. The living room is bright and cozy with stunning views from the many windows. There is a piano, fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, CD and comfortable chairs and sofas. From the living room you have direct access to the big verandas with tables and chairs so to enjoy your meals outside facing the blue of the Aegean. Outside, next to the kitchen there is the barbeque and the traditional wood-burning oven.
Few steps down you will find the 5 bedrooms with 2 billiards (French and American). The main en-suite bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, access to private veranda with table. It is very sunny. In the bathroom there is a nice bathtub, sink and toilet.
Few steps before the main bedroom, there are two next door guest rooms with en-suite facilities. The guest rooms are beautiful decorated in different colours with wardrobes and access to private verandas facing the sea and the small marine.
The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each and they share one bathroom with bathtub. There is also access to private verandas.
