The main entrance of the gorgeous villa opens to the luxurious living and dining room with fire place and large openings for unobstructed sea view. In this level there is fully equipped large kitchen with all the necessary and modern facilities. Two of the six bedrooms are in this floor. On the outside, in front of the living and dining area dominates the 40 square meter swimming pool which is endless and provides great views.  On the outside you can also find the barbecue area which includes the grill and oven for memorable moments with your guests.

On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities and their own private balconies and a large balcony with a great view.

The lower level consists of the sixth bedroom which is fully independent, with a small kitchenette and private bathroom, the gym, the snooker area, the sauna-spa room and the storage.

- Alarm system (will be off when guests are living in the villa), 7 indoor cameras + 3 outdoor cameras (will be switch off when guests are living in the villa for privacy reasons)
