This elegant 180 sq.m house invites its guests to relax, enjoy nature and the breathtaking view of the port and the close islands around. The villa is adjusted to the traditional Cycladic architecture in a special contemporary way.
The great combination of white, neutral colours and the big windows and doors, gives the house a vast and bright view and feeling. The bright blue sky of a greek island masters and illuminates the house during the daytime. Furthermore, the orange shades of the sunset come to warm up the spaces of the house and make the terrace a nice environment to have an evening drink.
The decoration is frugal with all the new design comforts, small art works and many books for every interest so as to adjust easily to the visitors tastes.

On the first level there is a big kitchen that communicates with the bright dinning and living room. Also on the first floor there is a bedroom which is breezy and with a nice view of the mountain.
At the semi ground floor there is a main sunny bedroom with a double bed, its window doors lead to the swimming pool. The room shares the bathroom with the first floor main bedroom.
At the top floor is the Master bedroom, which includes a double bed, a fireplace, walk-in closet and a jacuzzi bathtub.

At the lower level and at the back side of the villa there is an independent studio that belongs to the owner of the villa and it could be occupied by her. This studio doesn't face the pool and the veranda and nobody has access to your private area.

Melissa villa is vast, with nice view and facilities that can offer to the guests a relaxing and summery experience.
