Τhe complex is located in Logaras, a peaceful village and next to the harbor of Piso Livadi, in the southeastern side of Paros and is recommended for relaxing vacation. It is approximately 90 meters from Logaras beach (awarded with a "Blue Flag") and 300 meters from Pounda Beach, which is popular for its summer events, water sports etc.

Villa Leon 2 is a 115 sq. m. cycladic-style dwelling located only a short walking distance (90 m) from one of Paros’ most alluring seashores, the quite Logaras Beach ideal for families with children and (300 m) from the famous and organized Pounda Beach, ideal for couples and teenagers as well. It is a charming 2-storey structure that offers views to the turquoise Aegean Sea and is situated in a 300 sq. m. manicured garden. The idyllic harbor of Piso Livasi, with romantic restaurants, cafes and night clubs, small shops, can be reached in only 800 m walking distance.

The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen. It has two large shaded terraces and is fully air-conditioned (one bedroom and living room) and the house can accommodate up to 9 guests.

The ground floor contains the living room with three comfortable build sofas, two armchairs and a LED TV. This spacious area also includes the dining room, with a dining table and chairs that can accommodate up to 9 guests. Adjacent is an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen with a ceramic stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave oven, a toaster, a coffee-maker and a high-quality set of kitchen utensils. This floor also features one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom which contains a washing machine. The kitchen has a second veranda with a view to the garden.

The upper level has 2 bedrooms with closets (one master), 1 bathroom in Cycladic architecture and a large storage space. The first bedroom has one double bed and the second has two single beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. The master bedroom has one of the house’s spacious, pergola-covered terraces, with a wooden table and comfortable canvass chairs, where one can enjoy the views to the sea.
Outside of the living room is another, pergola-covered terraces, with a large wooden table and comfortable canvass chairs, where one can enjoy the unobstructed views to the blooming Mediterranean garden. In the garden is a BBQ area also. At the front of the house there is a staircase leading to the first level, which has a built-in couch perfect for relaxation. Two parking spaces are also available.
