Blue Coast Villas is a brand new, sea front resort which is located in Agia Irini, only 5km from the port of Parikia and 7km from the airport. The complex consists of 4 independent villas with private pool each one, built on a hill with a panoramic view to the sea and the sunset. The closer sandy beach is Agia Irini beach and it is just 200m away (around 5 minute by foot). The villas are ideal for families with kids (better to be elder than 5 years) or group of friends. They are built in the minimal and traditional Cycladic architectural style and provide all modern comforts for pleasant holidays.
A mix of modern and traditional furniture provides comfort and relaxation. The big verandas with private pool offer magnificent view while the fully equipped kitchen provides all the comforts for indulging cooking occasions.

Blue Coast Villa 2
The villa is 175 m2 in two levels. It is ideal for 6 guests but it could also accommodate up to 8 guests. At the first floor there is a spacious living room  with an open plan and fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and guest toilet (WC). In the same floor there is also a large veranda with an outdoor dining area and garden, BBQ area and stunning sea view.
The ground floor consists on 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 of them en suite) and a kitchenette. All the bedrooms have access to the outdoor seating area with garden and view to the sea.
