Villa Dedalos is a luxury villa divided into 3 adjacent charming houses, set at an ample garden with private swimming pool, on a slope with panoramic views to the sea, the island of Antiparos and the sunset. The Villa is located about 6km from the main town of Parikia and very close to the kite-surfing centers at Pounda and various beaches (2km)

The villa consists on the main and more luxurious property, Villa Dedalos 1 (260 sq.m) and two smaller properties which are Villa Dedalos 2 (155 sq.m) and Villa Dedalos 3 (150 sq.m).

Villa Dedalos 1, is a luxurious house on 2 levels at the upper floor of the villa. All the rooms look out to the sea. It has a living surface of 260m², and offers 3 bedrooms. The first one is at the top level and it is the master bedroom which is separated from the rest of the house. Its en-suite bathroom has a bathtub with Jacuzzi and a shower cabin. The master bedroom is surrounded by a huge veranda. Downstairs, there are two more en-suite bedrooms with single beds that turn into doubles, and bathrooms with shower cabins. There's also a guest WC. All bedrooms have a TV set.
It also has 2 living rooms: the winter living room is sunny and cozy with sofas set around a fireplace and a large, flat-screen TV; the summer living room is a rather cool area, with a piano. Next to it, the main dining area has a carved wood table for 6.
There is one more informal dining area next to the kitchen. The kitchen is spacious and equipped to cater for big groups. It is furnished with carved wood pieces and decorated with marble engravings. Among other equipment, it has a big size oven, microwave oven, electrical and gas cooker, grill, fryer, a large refrigerator with ice-making, coffee maker and grinder, toaster, kettle and 2 dishwashers.
There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine, clothes iron and ironing board.

Villa Dedalos 2 is on the ground floor of the Villa and can host up to 6 guests. All rooms look out to the sea.
It is 155m² big, and offers 2 bedrooms. One double, en-suite bedroom (with bathtub bathroom) and a twin bedroom – both with big closets and plenty of drawers. Extra beds can be put in the bedrooms or the living room. There is also a second bathroom with a shower cabin.
The apartment has a spacious living room with a sofa, two armchairs and a TV set. Next to it, there is a cozy dining space with a table for 6. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all dinnerware and utensils, big counters and plenty of cupboards. In the kitchen, there is a small independent  place where we have two extra single beds and also there is an access to the apartment's store room where the washing machine is set.

Villa Dedalos 3 is on the ground floor of the Villa and can host up to 6 guests. Most rooms look out to the sea.
It is 150m² big, and offers 2 bedrooms. One double and a twin bedroom – both with big closets and plenty of drawers. Extra beds can be put in the bedrooms or the living room. There is one bathroom with a shower cabin.
The apartment has a spacious living room (with TV, two sofas and an armchair) and a dining space with a table for 6. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all dinnerware and utensils, big counters and plenty of cupboards.

All rooms are air-conditioned (hot/cold) and all windows have mosquito nets. Most of the floor is covered with wood. Extra beds for guests are available.

The villa offers total privacy with furnished verandas, with unlimited view to the sea and the countryside and a private pool. It is tastefully furnished and equipped in every detail. All you need to do is bring your personal belongings and you will immediately feel like home!
