Description

Based on the traditional Cycladic architecture, this white, blue & grey washed house was carefully designed, built and loved by us! It is the perfect location for serenity, 5 meters from the cleef of astonishing Lolantonis beach, a beautiful miniature bay on the southern part of Paros Island. The villa has a unique layout, allowing for stunning views of the Aegean Sea. The calm of the landscape and the surrounding nature, guarantee that Guests will enjoy a rare experience during their stay!
The House built in 1996 in the Cycladic architectural form, created a pleasant home for its owners who wanted to come and relax throughout the year.
This residence is located on the sandy Lolantonis beach on the southern part of Paros Island.
It has a unique layout, allowing for stunning views of the Aegean Sea and the islands of Naxos, Irakleia, Ios, Sikinos and Folegandros. The serenity of the landscape and of the surrounding nature, guarantee that Guests will enjoy a rare experience during their stay here.

The Ground Level consists of the main entrance to a charmingly furnished open plan living/dining room (with a so-called 'Monastery Table') and a fully equipped kitchen with its own veranda with a pergola and a sitting area which in the summer is preferred for both lunch and dinner.  
A hallway leads to an office corner (featuring rare antique furniture), the master bedroom (Queen Size bed) with its bathroom and another guest bathroom.
The veranda of the main entrance to the house is also equipped with a pergola, thus, making it an ideal place for rest from early in the morning till 3 o' clock in the afternoon, while the kitchen's veranda could be an extremely pleasant spot of the house from noon time on.
An internal staircase leads to the two guest-rooms of the lower level, each one furnished with two single-beds and a sofa that could be transformed to two extra beds. Both guest-rooms external doors lead to a spacious individual courtyard.
Furthermore, the "oriental" guest-room is equipped with a kitchenette.
