Description

The property is part of a contemporary construction, which consists of eight individual houses, located in the village of Logaras on the eastern coastal side of the island of Paros approximately 100m from the beautiful blue-flagged sandy beach of Logaras.

It covers an area of 140 square meters divided in three levels (basement, ground and upper level). It can accommodate up to eight persons on 4 bedrooms on the upper level and the basement and each level has its own bathroom. On the ground level there is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, as well as a very spacious living room with television. Additionally on the upper and ground levels you can find two very beautiful and spacious verandas, which are highly recommended, if you just feel like relaxing after a long day on the beach. Moreover there is a small garden on the ground level veranda, which is ideal for pets as well as people… Parking for one car, as well as high speed wifi internet are of course included in the price!

The bus stop with good connections to the two major centers of the island (Parikia-port and Naousa) is approx. two minutes on foot. Finally there are several grocery stores, coffee shops and taverns within walking distance (2-10 minutes).
