Description

Villa Rose is a small resort with 3 independent villas with a private pool each. The villas have magnificent view to the Aegean Sea from all the chill out areas. The resort is located close to the capital of Paros, Parikia and the nice beaches of Martselo and Krios.

Villa Rose 1
Villa Rose 1 is a brand new 3 br villa, about 110 sq. meters. It is an independent house with private pool and nice sea and mountain view. It is located only 3.5 km from Parikia with many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes.
The villa consists of the Main building and the Guest room. In the Main house you can find two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms which are separated from the rest of the house by 5 steps, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and a comfortable living and dining area. Guest room has an independent entrance which gives more privacy to the guests and consists of one bedroom with en suite bathroom.
In the outdoor areas you can relax around the private pool enjoying the amazing sea view, or to our dining area where you can also have a BBQ.
