Villa Rose is a small resort with 3 independent villas with a private pool each. The villas have magnificent view to the Aegean Sea from all the chill out areas. The resort is located close to the capital of Paros, Parikia and the nice beaches of Martselo and Krios.

Villa Rose 3
Villa Rose 3 is a brand new 5 br villa, about 230 sq. meters. It is an independent house with private pool and nice sea and mountain view. It is located only 3.5 km from Parikia with many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes.
The villa consists of the Main building and the Guest House. In the Main house, at the ground floor there is one bedroom with en suite bathroom, one guest bathroom, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and a living and dining area. On the first floor, you can find two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a shared toilet in the hall, out of the bedrooms. The Guest House is independent from the rest of the house which gives more privacy to the guests and consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, one kitchenette and living room with AC.
In the outdoor areas you can relax around the private pool enjoying the amazing sea view, or to our dining area where you can also have a BBQ.
Our villa is a very good choice for family holidays or for holidays with friends.
