The villa with the tradional elements that enrich its contemporary architectural desing is located in a idyllic spot of Parikia.
The villa provides an atmosphere of freedom for all those within it, while encouraging them to stay for a long time due to the appealing and comfortable furniture, as well astempting them with uniquely framed views. Our property consist of two independent villas with 3 bedrooms each and two private pools.
The outdoor areas are an extension of the house with various sitting and dining areas. At night the space is lit up inside and out exhibiting construction details such us the rounted rock walls. A bent seating area provides stunning views towards the sea and the island of Aegean.The rounted rock walls are built in a traditional style with the utmost respect for cycladic architecture and in perfect harmony with the natural setting.The outdoor space offers quite and privacy and quarantees a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. With your entrance to the Villa you will see the swimming pool and the unique view to the port of Paros.

HOUSE 1
House 1 is at the Ground floor and consist of a living and dining area so as to relax, an open plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one of them with en suite bathroom) and one share bathroom. It haw a private pool 11 x 4.5 sq. m. The east veranda is in the shadown from noon onwards. At the west veranda the pergola creating shaded areas and can be used throughout the day for swimming in the pool as in the evening for dining.

HOUSE 2
House 2 is at the first floor and it has an independent entrance. It consist of a living and dining area, an open plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Our villa is comfortable for up to 12 guest .
