Villa Asterias is a residence of 95 sq.m in 2 levels with living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom. The main entrance of the house leads directly to the living room and the open plan kitchen. The well design contemporary furnishing gives a fresh and modern atmosphere on the interior of the Villa. A few steps (just 2 steps) down there is the bedroom with 2 single beds and access to a nice terrace. Upstairs (6 steps) you will find the shared bathroom with the shower and continuing above (other 6 steps) you will be at the bigger bedroom with the double bed, air conditioning and access to a private veranda with unbelievable sea view and pool view. Around the villa there is a big terrace with tables and chairs facing the sea and the pool. Backside of the villa (access from the kitchen) you will enjoy a marble built-in table under the wooden pergola with a beautiful curtain for more privacy or shadow. The private BBQ area is available for you for delicious meals. Villa Asterias can accommodate 4 persons.
