Villa Rea 2 is a truly unique villa with particular and minimal style of decoration, that offers also magnificent sunset and panoramic sea view. Its prime location benefits of the walking distance from the sea (about 500 m) and the close proximity to the vivid center of Parikia which is known for shopping, dinner and drinks.
Our villa can comfortably accommodate 8 guests giving them the opportunity to relax outdoors, while watching the ships passing silently across the deep blue Aegean Sea, since the villa offers various exterior sitting and dining spaces, including a BBQ area. As the night comes, the villa's outdoor area turns to majestic scenery; the warm sunset hues blend with the natural landscape and the sun dips into the sea.
Our villa consists of three levels, featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The ground level features a beautiful living area with a white corner sofa, a marble coffee table and a window with a big opening offering sea view. At this level there is also an open plan kitchenette with fridge and dishwasher, including a dining table and a fireplace. Here is also located a bright and commodious sea view double bedroom and a shower bathroom. The upper level features a master double bedroom with sea view, warm wood tones and a private bathroom. Outside the bedroom there is a sitting area including a workspace, a sofa bed (80 x 200 cm), a small fridge and a fireplace. The master bedroom has also a private balcony offering great sea views. The lower level features an open plan fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a sitting area. Two more bedrooms are located here, as well as a bathroom. Specifically, a single bedroom and a double bedroom with two single beds (easily joined to a double). The outdoor space is the villa’s place to be since there are various sitting and dining areas around the villa including a big pergola covered BBQ area. Villa Rea 2 lies in a big plot of land with Mediterranean plantation and local flowers, offering also parking space.
There is nothing better than ending your day relaxing in our outside sitting area and watching the beautiful sunset!
