Villa Verano designed in minimalist style in respect on the simple Cycladic architecture and in a great harmony to the surrounding scenery has been especially prepared to provide luxury accommodation. Villa Verano is a brand new (2017) and modern property surrounds the pool area, providing direct access to the outdoors from every room (except from the maid room) of the villa. The outdoors feature a pergola covered dining area, a BBQ facility as well as a beautiful private swimming pool area at the center of the residence. Our contemporary property is located at the region of Parasporos, being in close proximity to the beach and restaurants and at the same time very close to the vivid center of Parikia.
The indoors feature of the Main House and 3 independent Guest Rooms. The Main House consist of an airy living area with large window openings offering great sea and pool views, a modern open plan fully equipped kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 of them en suite and the third at the lower floor) and 1 WC. Two of the three 3 Independent Guest Rooms has 1 bedroom and one en suite bathroom each one. Finally the third Guest Room is the maid room and has only one single bed and for the bathroom facilities uses the bathroom in the Main House.
