The villa is built in different levels. On the ground floor guests will find the charming living room with its fireplace, the dining room and the fully equipped open plan kitchen. At different levels separated by a few stairs there are two bedrooms with two bathrooms. The first bedroom features a queen size double bed and a balcony overlooking the sea. The second bedroom has other two built-in twin beds and patio doors with access to the terrace, the garden and the swimming pool. At the highest level, there is an open space, hosting a second living room. This living room has an office space and two sofas, which can be converted into beds covering any extra accommodation needs.
Outside the ground floor living room there is a large covered terrace with sitting area and there is second covered terrace with a marble table that can seat up to ten guests, built-in sofas, armchairs, chairs and a BBQ. In the centre of the garden and very close to the house there is the large shared pool. A private parking space is also available at the back side of the villa.
