Built out of local dune-colour stone, blending harmoniously with its natural surroundings, the house has 50-centimeters-thick solid-stone walls that ensure thermal comfort throughout the year: it is kept cool during summer and warm until early winter. Main space interiors are finished with white plaster and stone, pine floors and chestnut ceilings. Bathrooms feature white marble floors and countertops and light-blue cement screed walls.
Our property has been decorated with care, combining comfort with unique character, through the use of custom-made furniture, hand-made objects and carefully restored antique pieces. Spacious terraces all around the house, paved with local stone, open out onto different views of the garden and beyond. A look-out point on the southeastern tip of the property offers 300-degree breathtaking views to the Aegean blue.
The house is large enough to accommodate very comfortably 8 persons.
There are four double / twin bedrooms, two in each floor. Each bedroom has its own dressing room or closets, and a private, en suite bathroom. There is also a separate guest bathroom on the ground floor. Each bedroom opens out to a private terrace with stunning views to the sea.
The ground floor also features a comfortable living room with fireplace, a dining room for 8 people and a fully-equipped,spacious kitchen in open-plan arrangement.
Living spaces open out directly to a very large shaded terrace and the gardens.
There is also a BBQ and wood oven outdoor area adjacent to the house, under a bamboo canopy and the shade of a large mulberry tree.
A parking canopy for 3 cars is located near the entrance of the property.
