This opulent and luxurious villa is well hidden within a lush Mediterranean garden with great sea views whilst located only a few minutes drive from the magical village of Naoussa and some of the most beautiful beaches of the island of Paros. Designed by a renowned architect, Villa Amadeus is an expression of love for the Cycladic identity, defined by whitewashed walls, pale green shutters and the use of traditional materials such as stone, marble and wood. The thick stone walls keep the house cool and pleasant to live in, even in the hottest days of the summer. The spacious interiors with its traditional decoration, its comfortable, large bedrooms and its modern amenities, promise a pleasant and comfortable stay. An infinity pool spreads along the length of the house, inviting guests to enjoy dipping in and out of the water and relax on the loungers, while the large patio overlooking the pool, provides a unique outdoor sitting space where guests can enjoy meals or an evening drink with friends. Our property is surrounded by a huge variety of plants and trees such as roses, geraniums, lavender, oregano, laurel, fig trees, olive trees, pine trees, to name only a few, which not only provide shade but also indulge the senses with exquisite smells and colours. At the back end of the main garden, guests can also find a vegetable and herb section with homegrown tomatoes, aubergines, courgettes, basil etc. Within the garden, there are many secluded sitting areas for those who need some tranquility to read a book or just enjoy the surroundings.
The 350 m2 villa, consisting of the Main house and the Guest house, can accommodate up to 10 guests and 2 infants. On the Ground floor there is the Main house where you can find a living room, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, an office, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one of them en suite). On the Lower floor there is the Guest House which consist of a second living room, a kitchenette, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
