Description

Villa Agapi is built over the beach with an immense, beautiful view of the sea. There is direct access to the beach through steps and one can find himself by the waves in less than 2 minutes. The house is over 650 sq. m, has a large garden, parking space and a private swimming pool 9x18 m. In the outdoor area, there is garden furniture, beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to use. There is also barbecue equipment and a wood stove. In that same area, there is a large table that fits up to 20 people.
The main house consist of 2 floors. In the Ground floor you will find a fully-equipped open plan kitchen, adjacent to which is a cellar, a living room with a tv, 3 large couches and 2 coffee tables and a dining room, which can fit up to 6 people. Furthermore  there are 2 bedrooms comprising of 2 single beds with their own bathroom. One of the 2 bedrooms and it’s bathroom can accommodate people with mobility issues and it has an additional door through which one can easily access the bedroom without going through the main house. In the first floor there are 3 more bedrooms. The first is a master bedroom with a large double bed, its own bathroom and a balcony with porch furniture to sit on and a view to the sea. There is also an additional double bed bedroom with its own bathroom and the last one has 2 single beds and en suite bathroom as well.
The adjoining building contains 2 guest houses with independent entrance. Each one has double beds, their own bathroom and a small kitchen. Each guest house has a small hall which has 2 armchairs that can turn into beds for two additional people.
All our bedrooms has a tv and air-conditioning. There is wifi service but it is accessible only in the kitchen, dining room and living room. In the house, one will also find a washing machine, which is also a dryer and a dishwasher.
