Villa Passion is a complex consists of 3 villas built in a land of 7280 sq. meters, with a private swimming pool, in Kantinelies cliff, only 3 km away from the famous village of Paros, Naoussa. The property enjoys an 180 degrees view from Mykonos to Ios island, overlooking East and South East. Our villas are built with bioclimatic orientation and rules, enhancing living comfort in all seasons and temperature limits. All bathrooms are made with traditional plaster and appliances from top Italian firms. The window frames are wooden, double glazed, with inclination capability. Flooring is 60X60 tiles from Florgress, top Italian manufacturer, model Architect, at the color of the sand or traditional stones. Outside flooring is traditional stone. Moreover the houses have several covered outside entertainment areas of 40 sq. meters each with wooden pergola. Furthermore there is a vast sitting area in front of each house and 3 more verandas in different levels. Gardens are superb, with automatic irrigation system.  Also there are 6 parking spots available, 2 per villa. Swimming pool (70 sq. meters) is commonly shared by the 3 villas, has a 75 sq. meters pergola, sunbeds and full seating furniture. Also there is a huge BBQ and shower facility. The entrance of the property has a hydraulic telecontrolled door. Finally the property has space for 2 helicopters, Eurocopter EC120 or equivalent.
About the inside areas, all our villas consist of 3 levels. Villa Passion 1 in the Ground floor has a living room, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and one bathroom with shower. In the First floor there is 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom. Finally at the Lower floor there is a living room, 2 bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom) and one steam bath shower (without toilet).
Villa Passion 2 in the Ground floor has a living room, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and one bathroom with shower. In the First floor there are 2 bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom). Finally at the Lower floor there is a living room, 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower (one of them en suite).
Villa Passion 3 in the Ground floor has a living room, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and also an independent guest house with 1 more bedroom and 1 more bathroom. In the First floor there is 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom. Finally at the Lower floor there is a living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of them en suite).
