Light Blue Villa is a luxury resort with 6 independent villas. It is located at the area of Petaloudes – Glissidia in the Southwest of Paros, facing Antiparos with breathtaking sunset views. Built on a slope surrounded by olive trees, in a 2.2 acre estate, for the ultimate privacy and tranquility experience. Our luxury resort’s convenient location provides immediate access to the airport, Paroikia port, Antiparos Ferry and to the local market. Only a few minutes’ drive away, our guests can enjoy some of the best beaches of the island. The entire complex is built following the Cycladic architecture specifically designed to protect both external and internal areas from the occasional Aegean Meltemia (northern winds). Each villa has 2 parking spaces reserved for its guests. The private parking area is only accessible with a remote control provided to our guests during check in.
Light Blue Villa Aethra is another hidden gem, with magnificent unobstructed views across Antiparos, outdoor areas away from plain sight and a separate independent entrance, offering ultimate privacy.
It’s outdoor area is designed in such a way, to provide absolute privacy. Evenly split in 2 levels, the second level features 2 furnished 21 sq. meters verandas. One features a round dining table able to host up to 4 guests. The second veranda has a spacious lounge area with a built-in sofa and lounge chairs which can accommodate up to 6 guests. Both verandas offer amazing views to Antiparos. In our villa’s first level there is a terrace with an outdoor dining table for 8 and on the southern terrace there is a 2.5 x 2.5 Jacuzzi, which could accommodate up to 8 guests, and lounge chairs.
Bliss in Light Blue Villa’s Aethra living room which can accommodate up to 6 guests with a 42 inch Smart TV flanked by a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table for 6 and a WC. The kitchen and the living room have direct access to the villa’s 2 unique furnished terraces which offer breathtaking views to Antiparos.
It’s both bedrooms are situated on the lower level. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has the exact same amenities combined with a 40” TV and sofa-bed which can accommodate up to 2 guests. Both bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor area and to the laundry room.
