Light Blue Villa is a luxury resort with 6 independent villas. It is located at the area of Petaloudes – Glissidia in the Southwest of Paros, facing Antiparos with breathtaking sunset views. Built on a slope surrounded by olive trees, in a 2.2 acre estate, for the ultimate privacy and tranquility experience. Our luxury resort’s convenient location provides immediate access to the airport, Paroikia port, Antiparos Ferry and to the local market. Only a few minutes’ drive away, our guests can enjoy some of the best beaches of the island. The entire complex is built following the Cycladic architecture specifically designed to protect both external and internal areas from the occasional Aegean Meltemia (northern winds). Each villa has 2 parking spaces reserved for its guests. The private parking area is only accessible with a remote control provided to our guests during check in. The most distinctive accommodation at Light Blue Villas captures the essence of refinement and intimacy on a grand scale. This spacious five-bedroom villa is a haven of privacy for an unforgettable vacation getaway. Light Blue Villa Kallirhoe can accommodate up to 11 guests.
The outdoor spaces of our property are the real hub of this paradise. The upper veranda surrounds the villa from north to south and west, and has a built-in sunbed overlooking Antiparos, a dining area for 12 guests, seating area that can accommodate up to 12 guests, and impressive hammock chairs. The 14 sq/m 1.3 meters deep pool is located on the bedrooms level, with a jacuzzi, and a separate seating area. Our villa has two more levels, one that is designed for gatherings, comprised of a 12 guests dining area and sunbeds, and a private heaven, totally out of sight with a huge sunbed which can accommodate up to two guests. It has 6 separate and completely independent outdoor spaces, sheltered from sun and wind at any given time.
The luxury villa is in a class of its own in Paros. Featuring a living room with fireplace that can accommodate up to 12 guests, a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining table for 10 as well as a second fireplace, a huge 42” Smart TV, a WC and a large veranda which offers an abundance of luxurious space to call your own.
For guests seeking to unwind in pure luxury and privacy, look no further. Villa’s five bedrooms are located on the first level. A queen-size bed dominates the first master bedroom along with an en-suite bathroom and a door to the patio. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and a window with amazing sea view. The third bedroom has twin beds dressed in fine cotton sheets to ensure deep unbroken sleep and en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private furnished balcony with magnificent view. The fifth bedroom has a king-size bed and a balcony. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. The living area is comprised of a sofa bed, a computer desk, a shared wardrobe, storage area and laundry room. The Light Blue Villa Kallirhoe is the home away from home you will wish you would never leave.
