Villa Blue Pearl is an one bedroom property ideal  for couples who wants privacy and romantic holidays. It is built on a small hill close to Parikia with unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia and neighboring islands. It is located in Elitas, a very safe and quiet location just 3.5 km away from Parikia and 7 km from famous Naoussa. The property surrounded by two verandas one in front and one behind the house and there is also a large terrace with table of marble and fantastic view. The private swimming pool where also is one more lounge area, gives to our guests relaxing moments, sitting on our over-sized built in sofas and watching the pool and the sea view. Our guests can also use the outside shower.
About the inside areas, our coxy living room has comfortable sofa which could also use as an extra bed and AC. Also there is a fully equipped open plan kitchen where you will find spacious counters as well as plenty of cupboards and drawers. There is also one bedroom with double bed, AC and window. Staying to Villa Blue Pearl, provide very relaxing accommodation as our house is totally autonomous and quiet with panoramic view. Our priority is our guest's best holidays!
