Villa Coast is superbly situated on the water at the famous beach of Faragas at the south side of our lovely island. Faragas is well known for its unspoilt nature and turquoise waters. Walking at the garden of the villa you will open your door and you will be at the sandy beach of Faragas! Amazing! This unique located villa has been built in traditional architecture with all modern facilities for unforgettable holidays, viewing to the emerald waters of Faragas exuding an air of unsurpassed romance and serene tranquility.
Faragas is next to the picturesque village of Aliki (about 1.5 km). In Aliki you could find all the requested services such as traditional taverns with fresh fish and meat, cafes, super market, ATM’s, pharmacy, playground for your kids, tennis court and other sport activities. In few minutes’ drive you could be at the capital of Paros, Parikia with intensive night life, beautiful monuments, museums, water sports etc.
 
Villa Coast consists of two independent properties in two floors, the first in the ground floor and the second in the first floor.
Coming to the villa, you will open the private door with your remote control and you will find parking places for your car and a flower garden. The main entrance of the main property, which is at the ground floor, leads you to the well-decorated living-dining area of the property with a wooden dining table, chairs, TV and DVD. A traditional arch and two steps separate the dining area from the main living room. The living room has a fireplace, AC, 3 very comfortable sofa-beds suitable to sleep 3 adults or 3 kids and a small table for your drink. It is very sunny and cool as there are also two windows with screens so you could leave them open. Next to the dining area, there is the fully equipped open plan kitchen and a small hall leads you to the shared bathroom and the bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. The openings lead you to your own private and spacious covered terrace with the built sofas which are covered with colorful pillows. The cozy outdoor lounge under the shade of the pergola faces to the lush garden and the Aegean Sea.
With exterior independent steps you have access to the second house. It has a double bedroom with TV, DVD and AC, a shared bathroom with built colorful shower and a nice living room with 2 comfortable sofa-beds, a dining table for your meals and a nice kitchenette. The outdoor setting is very well decorated and furnished with tables and chairs. This house has a small balcony facing the beach of Faragas and the nice bougainvilleas and a large private terrace with nice furniture for relaxing, viewing this harmonious location.
