Villa Adriana 1 is a newly constructed house (about 250 m²) with private pool, ready to accommodate up to 12 people. It is built in an idyllic landscape of 9 acres and is part of a complex with 2 villas each one with its private pool. Our property is located in Kampos area and it has a wonderful view to the sea and the island of Antiparos. It is close to Pounda port, Alyki village and Paros Kitesurf beach. Our house is designed for the residents relaxation and entertainment as a priority. Combining the traditional architecture with the modern lifestyle, our villa creates a perfect place for vacation.
Villa Adriana 1 consists of 3 levels. At the Ground floor there is a cozy living room, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, 3 modern and spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 WC. In the First floor there are 2 more comfortable bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Finally, the Lower floor consists of an independent studio with 1 more bedroom, a kitchenette and 1 bathroom.
