Niriides Villas is a complex consisting of three independent residences in total area of 283 sq. m. Our properties built in respect to the Cycladic Architecture and environment. It is located on the hill of Elitas in Parikia with unlimited view to the port of Paros. Our villas surrounded by lavenders, thymus, jasmine flowers and outdoor white Parian marble terraces. The complex has two independent levels to match the natural landscape and gain the best sea view. Each one of our villas consist of private pool and private outoor areas so as to provide more privacy to our guests while they are watching the great views of the sea and the island’s landscape.
Villa Niriides 2 is at the Ground floor of the complex. Consisting of a living room, a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a double sofa bed, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds or one double king size and 2 bathrooms (1 of them en suite). Our property is 100 sq.m. in total and has a BBQ and private swimming pool.
