Niriides Villas is a complex consisting of three independent residences in total area of 283 sq. m. Our properties built in respect to the Cycladic Architecture and environment. It is located on the hill of Elitas in Parikia with unlimited view to the port of Paros. Our villas surrounded by lavenders, thymus, jasmine flowers and outdoor white Parian marble terraces. The complex has two independent levels to match the natural landscape and gain the best sea view. Each one of our villas consist of private pool and private outoor areas so as to provide more privacy to our guests while they are watching the great views of the sea and the island’s landscape.
Villa Niriides 3 is at the first floor of the complex. This residence is consisting of a big living room with two double sofa beds and a coffee table, a dining table and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds or one king size double bed, two bathrooms and one WC.  The terrace has an outdoor sitting area at the front with built sofas and unobstructed sea view. There is available also a roof garden accessed by an outdoor staircase. Our property is 120 sq.m. and can accommodate up to 8 persons (4 adults and 4 children).
