Description

Villa Simona is located in Ampelas village next to the caffes and restaurants and only few meters from the beach. An outside seating area is in front of our house, amongst the flowers, where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner by the sea. Our villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can easily accommodate up to 8 guests (only if there are at least 2 kids between the 8 people).
The property consist of 3 floors. At the Ground floor there is a living room with a pleasant seating space with fireplace facing the ample space of the blue sea just in front of you, a fully equipped open plan kitchen,1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. At the First floor there are 2 more bedrooms and 1 bathroom. And finally there is 1 more bedroom at the Lower floor.
