Villa Rea 3 is a truly unique villa with particular and minimal style of decoration, that offers also magnificent sunset and panoramic sea view. Its prime location benefits of the walking distance from the sea (about 500 m) and the close proximity to the vivid center of Parikia which is known for shopping, dinner and drinks.
Our villa can comfortably accommodate 8 people giving them the opportunity to relax outdoors, while watching the ships passing silently across the deep blue Aegean Sea, since the villa offers large outside pergola shaded sitting and dining spaces. As the night comes, the villa's outdoor area turns to majestic scenery; the warm sunset hues blend with the natural landscape and the sun dips into the sea.
At the Ground floor there is a sitting area with flat screen TV, a dining area with fireplace, an open plan kitchenette with fridge and dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with bathtub. Also there is one more Lower level with a fully equipped open plan kitchen that has and a dining table, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower.
There is nothing better than ending your day relaxing in our outside sitting area and watching the beautiful sunset!
