Villa Euphoria 1 is located 50 meters from the sea facing to the Southeast coast of the island where the sun and moon perpetually rise beyond Naxos south end. Our house is located in a 4000 sq. m. property fully protected, and various patios with gardens and trees compile the wider scene, ample space for wondering, instant access to the sea and short walking distance either to famous golden beach or Dryos village. On top floor the terrace allows breathtaking views of the sea and wider coast offering both sun protected corner as well as plain area for sunbathing. At this level there is another bedroom and 1 bathroom with bathtub. There is also a basement with naval decoration under main floor offering cool brakes from summer warmth. At this lower level there is a cozy sitting area with BBQ.
There is supermarket, various eating places, watersports and safe walking trails in close vicinity so the house can either offer privacy and relaxation and proximity to busier areas equally.
