Villa Alejandro is a beautiful and private sea front villa located at the area of Ysterni, only 10-minute drive from the famous town of Naoussa. It is located in a plot of land very close το the sea and just 250 m from a lovely small beach. This amazing villa promises a sense of calmness as well as absolute privacy. Our property has spacious swimming pool terrace with amazing sea view and many outdoor sitting areas that can be used day and night and provide relaxing and calming moments to our guests. Also the BBQ with a small cooking space and a dining table which is protected from the sun and wind gives the opportunity to our guests to gather all together and enjoy their meal.
Getting inside the indoor area, the house consists of the Main House, which has 2 levels and also 2 independent studios. In the Ground floor of the Main House there is a cozy living and dining room with a fireplace and a wooden dining table, a fully equipped open plan kitchen in rustic style and 1 guest bathroom. At the Main's House First floor, there is 1 bedroom with access to private veranda and breathtaking sea view as well as 1 en suite bathroom.
Furthermore our property has 2 independent studios both of them are located at the pool level and have also direct access to the pool terrace.
The first studio consists of 1 kitchenette, 1 double bed and 1 en suite bathroom.
The second studio has 2 bedrooms with en suite bathroom each. These bedrooms could be connected with an inside door but could be also independent (if you prefer) as each one has each own private entrance.
Our property can easily accommodate a group of 9 guests who would like to create moments and rewind through the relaxing experiences that Villa Alejandro has to offer.
