Our private pool is surrounded by a spacious sun deck setting which includes a large outdoor and pergola shaded lounge area equipped with comfortable sofas with cushions, sun beds, deck chairs paired with a large dining table which predisposes guests to enjoy a delicious meal or cocktail while watching the majestic sunset, listening to the sounds of the sea.
Villa Boulevard is divided into three levels. The sumptuous entrance welcome guests with its warm atmosphere and impressive minimal architectural design. The ground level consists of a bright elegant living room and a charmy spacious dining room, both having direct access to the veranda and the pool area, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms with private entrance, 2 bathrooms and 1 bathroom at the pool area. The top level consists of 2 more bedrooms with en suite fully equipped bathrooms. Finally the Lower level provide to our guests hammam room for relaxing moments, a gym for the guests that want to exercise during their holidays, a living space, 4 spacious bedrooms (1 of them with independent entrance), 5 bathrooms (4 of them en suite), 1 storage room and 1 laundry room. Generally the configuration of the house goes according to our guests needs so as to have as much relaxing and enjoying accommodation as possible.
