The villa is located in the mountain known as Marathi, it is near the ancient marble quarries of Paros, 5 km away from the port and center of Parikia and 13 km away from the beautiful village of Naoussa, known as the center of nightlife in Paros. Facing at the west side of Paros, you can enjoy the magical sunset!
The villa consists of 3 levels and it is 280 m2 with plenty of parking space and has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and one outside at the pool area, 2 fully-equipped kitchens, a private gym, an outdoor Jacuzzi and BBQ and a private swimming pool so as to enjoy unique an d relaxing moments during your vacation. The view is breathtaking due to the altitude since you can see both the mountains and the beautiful port of Parikia where the sun set is.
Our villa is ideal for group of friends or families who prefer quiet holidays but only few km away from the intensive life of Paros.
