Kolimpithres Villas is an exclusive collection of twenty-four luxury villas, all with private pools, located on the island of Paros, one of Greece’s most pristine destinations. Nestled in a genuine Cycladic landscape, where the rock and the light prevail, on a hill overlooking the most cosmopolitan spot of Paros, Kolimpithres Villas are located only a few minutes away from Kolimpithres beach, as well as Monastiri beach, offering all the amenities of an organised beach, but also the possibility to choose among a wide range of water sports. The island's hub, Naoussa, lies just 5km away and lends itself for the absolute shopping, dining and nightlife experience. Paroikia port is located at a distance of 8km, and the airport just 19km away.

Our resort consists of 4 different types of villas. There are two, three, four and five bedrooms villas, with a private pool each!

Four bedroom villas with private pool (approx. 170-200 sq.m. / 1860-2150 sq.ft., up to 9 people-indicative description)
Two or three-level villa with living room, dining area and a kitchen including all the modern amenities at the ground level. All of them dispose of two master bedrooms with king-size beds, one bedroom with two single beds as well as one more bedroom with either one king-size bed or two or four single beds, and three bathrooms. The terrace with a 30 sq.m. private pool and garden offers a fascinating sea-facing scenery.
