Villa Ammos 1 - 230 sq.m. with private pool  is one of the Ammos complex villas. Our property is a spacious and elegant villa of two levels, that boasts amazing sea views and is located only two minutes away from the sparkling sandy beach. Villa Ammos is perfect for families and friends with various activity modes that wish to luxuriate in the quietness of privacy and to enjoy the lavish villa hideaways of the indoor and outdoor spaces.
The outdoor premises of  Villa Ammos 1 feature a plunge pool with a large shaded veranda, excellent for hours of sea-view reverie relaxation and undisturbed reading.
About the inside area, our villa consists of 2 levels.  Our villa's Ground floor includes a comfortable living room that leads to a large veranda and has two comfortable built-in sofas that can be converted into beds. On the same level there is a fully equipped open plan kitchen with dining table, ideal to inspire your inner Chef. Also at this floor the villa features two large bedrooms, a large bathroom designed focusing on relaxation and a guest bathroom.
On the Lower ground level, Villa Ammos 1 features two comfortable bedrooms; one of them features two single beds divided by a decorative bamboo wall and the other one a double bed. The bedrooms share a large bathroom and open up to a beautiful veranda.
