On the completely private upper floor is the second 25 sq. meters master bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom with shower cabin. Both the master bedroom and bath are beautifully decorated with exceptional attention to detail and also have outstanding sea views from the large terrace. At the lower level are the other 2 master bedrooms, the one is 45 sq meters with a 15sq meters bathroom! All has king size beds and separate bathrooms. Both bedrooms have direct access to the outside veranda. Bathroom floors are in white color and the walls and ceilings are from Italian resin & stucco cement.
