Villa Ammos 4 - 270 sq.m. is one of the Ammos complex of Villas, an impressive property of 270 m2 set on two levels, designed to the detail in luxurious Cycladic essence in order to blend wonderfully with the breath-taking views of the villa’s verandas. Our house can accommodate up to 10 guests in its extensive comfortable spaces.
On the ground, sea level, the property features a very spacious living room that flows into the large fully equipped kitchen and the comfortable dining area. The impressive ground level veranda has its own private plunge pool and the upscale Ammos Collection sea views. The wide serene master bedroom of the ground level features a double bed with a mattress designed for a unique sleeping experience ,a built-in sofa for one person sleep 0.9×2.8, and a zen feel ensuite bathroom. On the same floor, our villa features one double bedroom with private bathroom and one guest bathroom. On the lower ground level, Villa Ammos 4 displays one large bedroom with one double bed and private bathroom, one bedroom with a single bed and also a private bathroom.
Villa Ammos 4 lower ground level living room (24 m2) has a 1.20×2.40 size sofa/bed and can be converted into a bedroom by closing the soundproof door. This unique, versatile space has own private ensuite bathroom. Also we have a fully equipped kitchenette and a romantic open-air veranda can host memorable experiences. Finally at the same level we provide a Infrared sauna for two persons, ping pong table and home theatre with 65-inch TV and comfortable lounge poufs.
