Villa Emmanuel is located in the center of the picturescue village Piso Livadi only 50 from the restaurants, cafes etC and the very nice beach. Our villa has very nice sea view from the veranda where is also the private swimming pool.
Our property consist of 2 units. The first unit which is at the Ground floor has an independent house (with independent entrance) that includes a living room, 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom, a fully equipped open plan kitchen (6 steps up from the living room) and 1 loft with 2 low single beds (they can be joined to a double) just few steps up from the kitchen. Also at the same level we have a gym room with indepenent entrance and the maid room where the maid lady who takes care of the house, stays. From the Ground floor you can go to the other level by using the elevator. The second unit is at the first floor where is also the pool area and includes 2 levels. The one level consists of a living room, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and 1 WC and the upper level has 3 bedrooms with en suite bathroom.
