The enchanting Ivory Villa is one of the two newly built constructions (2022) of the “ Ebony & Ivory ” complex Villas, with a Cycladic design and a modern colour that fits well with the surrounding landscape.
It consists of 2 independent spaces, has a beautiful overflow pool and captivating panoramic sea and sunset views and can accommodate up to 8 people.
It is in a prime location in Aspro Chorio – Zoodoho Pigi area, close to all amenities and provides easy and quick access by car to picturesque villages, various wonderful beaches and restaurants on the south side of the island. It enjoys a magnificent panoramic view and the clear blue sea, up to the neighboring islands of the Cyclades.
Internally, the villa is characterized by a welcoming and refined style, while its decoration is a combination between Cycladic and modern creating a relaxing and enjoyable fashion. The building, terraces and furnishings are all well designed and all add up to a pleasing visual landscape.
The first area has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an open-plan living and dining room with a fully equipped modern kitchen, several open and sunny terraces, a wonderful pool area (24 sq.m.), as well as a manicured Mediterranean garden planted with local plants and herbs that harmonize with the environment.
Upon entering, there is a comfortable and elegant living room with wonderful decoration. The living room is divided into a spacious living room with satellite TV, a wonderful dining room as well as a large fully equipped modern kitchen with a kitchen island.
Moving on to the space are two sunny airy and comfortable bedrooms with satellite TV, double beds, fitted wardrobes and full en-suite luxury bathrooms with showers. The bedrooms have unobstructed sea views and access to the pool and outdoor living areas.
The second space is an independent guest house, it has its own entrance and is located next to the first space. It has a private bathroom, a double bed, an independent kitchenette to serve the needs of the guests, a living room with a sofa that becomes a double bed as well as an independent terrace with an unlimited view of the sea that leads to the pool area and the outdoor living area of the first area. The guest house can accommodate 3 to 4 people.
Outside the villa, guests can enjoy the swimming pool as well as the outdoor living areas, which are covered with a pergola.
