The extensive gardens that surround this Cycladic cottage, the numerous terraces, swimming pool, living and dining areas, as well as private parking, will create the perfect backdrop for a unique and relaxing holiday retreat in the lively Paros Island.
This mega-residence of approximately 800 m2, in a land of 8 acres, features 8 bedrooms with their private bathrooms. Most bedrooms have also their private sitting area. The main building offers 2 bedrooms in the ground and 1 bedroom at the first level of the house. The master bedroom features a uniquely designed “floating patio library” for endless good reading hours and inspiration. The main house has a spacious fully equipped kitchen including a traditional stone oven and fireplace. This cozy kitchen may accommodate all people to enjoy breakfast or any meal. Our property also has a second smaller kitchen that may support the main kitchen’s operation, or even be used separately by the guests. Outdoor barbeque facilities are also available to complement the gastronomical options. Two very comfortable living areas will offer you either the privacy you wish to read a book or watch a movie, but also will offer you the option to gather all together and play a board game or spend quality time with each other.
The unique architecture of the property that is built lengthwise at the middle of this private land, offers a number of terraces at the front or the backside of the Residence that also the swimming pool is situated, giving you the option to choose whether you wish more sun or shadow, more wind or secluded living, more privacy or more fun. The property also includes 5 Guest houses in two separate buildings, adjacent to the main house. High-speed Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the property, as well as audiovisual equipment and study areas. Private gated parking is also part of the Villa’s facilities. Due to the natural materials, the airy architecture with numerous doors and windows on both sides of the house that are all equipped with mosquito nets, but also the windy character of Paros Island, the Residence doesn’t feature air-conditioning, thus contributing to actions against climate change, preserving the natural environment and minimizing the environmental footprint of the property. The estate also is using its own water sources.
