Description

Kostos Mare villa is situated on the Eastern side of Paros with panoramic views spanning from Mykonos to Naxos and onto the Southern Cycladic Islands. It is just few minutes drive from famous Naoussa, the cosmopolitan heart of Paros, and 8 km from Parikia, the main port which is also home to the island’s marina. The villa enjoys easy access to some of the most amazing beaches on Paros. The closest one is Tsoukalia, a wonderful, natural sandy beach, which is 4 km away.
Kostos Mare s integrated with the landscape as it is partly tucked into the hill and offers complete seclusion and privacy. The outdoor space of the villa includes a large private pool, 2 lounge areas, one of them ideal for star gazing and a dining area perfect for al fresco enjoyment. If you’re lucky enough to be on the island during a full moon, you’ll have the most magical front row seats to the unique Cycladic moon rising.
The main house includes an open plan kitchen, living room, TV room/study (which can be easily used as a 6th bedroom) and 3 master bedrooms with bathrooms en suite. One of the bedrooms has its own private veranda with a deck overlooking the pool.
On the upper level, there are also 2 independent guest houses with their own access and parking which include a small kitchenette, 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom and their own private verandas with shading pergolas.
