Villa Anna Mare is located in a hill in Parikia, 3 km away from the center and the port. It is surrounded by gardens and stone built terraces. The area of the villa is 270 square feet and it is located to a 4 decare estate. Outside the house features with a private swimming pool with sunbeds, a seating and lounge area with BBQ and wonderful view to the port of Parikia, the Aegean Sea and the close islands around. Also for your better convenience we have a WC and shower that you can use at the outdoor space.
Inside our villa consists of 2 levels. On the Ground floor there is a fully equipped open plan kitchen with dining area, a WC and 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom with bathtub. If you walk 5 stairs lower of the Ground floor there is a cozy living room with direct access to the terrace and the pool area. On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of them en suite). Finally there is also 1 Guest House with independent entrance that consists of 1 more bedroom and 1 bathroom en suite.
