Villa Nikoletta is a stunning beachside house with amazing views. It is located in the area of Krios in Parikia and is part of a complex with summer residences sharing a large swimming pool at the top. It also above Marchelo Beach, a locals spot with fine sand and clean clear waters. Our property was lovingly built with stone walls, high-beamed ceilings, and summer details for a luxurious yet island feel. Enjoy the sea view from the shared swimming pool or the veranda. Our property is ideal for friends or families as it offers a comfortable stay for up to 5 guests looking to spend a laid-back holiday on the island of Paros!
Enjoy your relaxing time to our terrace, having a swim at the pool or by using the BBQ on the veranda to prepare a meal.
About the interior our villa consists of 2 levels. On the Ground floor there is a fully equipped open plan kitchen and 1 WC with shower. Through a few steps up from the kitchen area guests have access to the living room with built-in sofas, large windows overlooking the veranda offering amazing views of the sea, and partial views of the town of Parikia. Open plan but with a large door that can be closed and offer privacy for the 1st double bedroom with a sofa bed on this floor and access to the downstairs living area with its en-suite bathroom is available.
Built according to traditional architecture with local stone walls and set on multiple levels this wonderful summer house offers various living areas for guests to relax in and enjoy their holidays.
