Villa Seagull West is located in Makria Miti close to Aliki village. It is a part of a complex with 3 villas each one with it's private pool. This villa located only 50 meters from the sea. They are so close to the water’s edge that swimming in the pools feels like being in the sea. This villa was built in 2009 with its thick stone walls it combines traditional Cycladic elements with a modern design. Three beautiful secluded beaches are conveniently located only minutes away from the villas. For those who want to experience an authentic seaside atmosphere, the small village of Aliki is only a couple of kilometres away.
Our property has a more modern style to it, with its warm and earthly colours and with its unique features such as an indoor olive tree and indoor- outdoor shower; it is in absolute harmony with its surroundings. It comprises of several cosy sitting areas with amazing views of the sea that will allow you to comfortably enjoy this unique Island atmosphere. This villa was built a bit after the others and that is why the owner decided to give it a more modern twist to it.
About the indoor, out villa consists of 2 levels. On the Ground floor, there is large living room with fireplace, a spacious dining area suitable for 8 guests, a fully equipped open plan kitchen with separate laundry and storage room, a pantry room with additional fridge & freezer, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom en suite and 1 guest WC. On the First floor there are 2 more bedrooms with en suite bathroom.
