Villa Vivian is a brand new house with private swimming pool. It is located in Kalami, a hill next to Parikia village. Our property combines an astonishing view of the port of Paros and Naoussa. Feel free to enjoy the outdoor fully equipped area, while you are swimming in our private pool or you are just relaxing to our lounge area watching the unobstructing view of the sunset.
About the indoor, the Main house consists of 2 levels. On the Ground floor - Pool level there is a living and dining area and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. If you follow 5 stairs upper there is the upper level with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 of then en suite). Finally there is an independent Guest room with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 sofa bed for extra guests.
