The first level has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, open-plan living room and fully equipped modern kitchen, several open and sunny terraces, a wonderful pool area (20 sq.m). In front of the house there is a well-kept Mediterranean garden planted with local plants and herbs that harmonize with the environment.
Upon entering the villa there is a comfortable and elegant living room with wonderful decoration. The living room is divided into a spacious sitting room with satellite TV and a fully equipped modern kitchen with a kitchen island. The living room has direct access to the pool and outdoor seating areas covered by a pergola.
Moving on to the space are two sunny airy and comfortable bedrooms with satellite TV, double beds, fitted wardrobes and full en-suite luxury bathrooms with showers. The bedrooms have their own balconies with unobstructed sea views and access to the pool and outdoor living areas.
The first floor features a sunny, airy and comfortable master bedroom with satellite TV, double bed, built-in wardrobe and a fully private ultra-luxury bathroom with shower, while it has its own two romantic balconies with unobstructed views of the vast blue Aegean.
Outside there is an outdoor dining area ideal for wonderful dining moments with family and friends.

Villa Ivory
The first area has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an open-plan living and dining room with a fully equipped modern kitchen, several open and sunny terraces, a wonderful pool area (24 sq.m.), as well as a manicured Mediterranean garden planted with local plants and herbs that harmonize with the environment.

The second space is an independent guest house, it has its own entrance and is located next to the first space. It has a private bathroom, a double bed, an independent kitchenette to serve the needs of the guests, a living room with a sofa that becomes a double bed as well as an independent terrace with an unlimited view of the sea that leads to the pool area and the outdoor living area of the first area. The guest house can accommodate 3 to 4 people.
Outside the villa, guests can enjoy the swimming pool as well as the outdoor living areas, which are covered with a pergola.
