Villa Sugar is a modern newly- built villa with a minimal style lies 120 m. above the sea close to the beautiful village of Kostos. It offers a spectacular view overseeing the neighboring islands of Naxos, Schinousa, Heraklia and Ios. The outdoor space will offers you relaxing moments while you are sunbathing next to the private swimming pool with salt or enjoying your meal to our dining area. Furthermore on the left side is the second bedroom with double bed (160 x 200), en suite bathroom, AC, ceiling fan, a small sofa, terrace and pool access with sea view.
A few stairs down from the pool is the Independent Guest Studio with double bed (160 x 200) bedroom, en suite bathroom, AC, ceiling fan, a small sofa and access to a terrace with sea view.
