Kima Villas are superbly situated one a fantastic location on the water, at the south area of Paros, very closed to the majestic and famous sandy beach of Golden Beach. The villas combine traditional architecture with the luxury of modern conveniences, elegance and comfort. The brand new Kima Villas are only 50 m. from an almost private sandy beach, 300 m. from cosmopolitan Golden beach and about 800 meters from the picturesque village of Drios with beautiful seaside Greek taverns, café and supermarket. It means that you could find all the necessary comforts for your holidays and you could enjoy the sea in an organized and famous beach or in an isolated beach with your friends or family.
 
Kima Villa 1 (106 sq.m) is structured in two levels and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The entrance of the house opens directly onto a majestic living-dining room with a nice table and traditional chairs for your meals. There is a 32” flat TV and a fireplace. The white 3 seat comfortable sofa (1 kid could sleep) with a smaller table is opposite of the TV. The fully equipped open plan kitchen is in the same level with the living room and offers all the amenities for a pleasant stay. A part of the wall is stone made and brings you memories of a traditional Parian house. Few steps (3 steps) above you will find a well decorated and colorful bathroom with built-in shower and the washing machine. The small corridor leads you to the first bedroom with a nice double bed, wardrobe and AC.
A comfortable interior staircase leads you to the lower floor and the 2 other bedrooms and the shared bathroom with built-in shower. One of the bedrooms has a double bed with wardrobe and the second bedroom has two single beds (could be joined to a double bed) also with a wardrobe.
From the living room you have direct access to an exterior lounge area under a shaded pergola enjoying the nature. The outside area is a combination of stone and wood with small vases of beautiful flowers. A wooden table and chairs are provided so to enjoy your meals and relax under the Greek blue sky next to the sea.
