The villa is consisting of 3 levels, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. At the lower level where the pool is situated, there is an open plan style kitchenette and a spacious living room with fire place and a full equipped lounge in country style. A separate comfy bathroom with shower cabin is located on the particular level as well. A sliding white door separates 2 of the bedrooms with king size beds. At the ground floor, it features a full white master bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom made from granite with shower cabin and crystal door. All bathroom furniture is from white Italian porcelains and wood. Next to the bedroom there is a small living room with a traditional sofa bed (lounge style) and 2 minimalistic light brown colored armchairs. On the last floor is the 4th master bedroom with stunning views from its veranda and a bathroom made as the one mentioned on the ground floor.
The entire plot is 1.000 sq. meters and the villa can accommodate easily 8 people. Available parking place for 2 cars.
