As you enter the the building through the majestic, stone entrance, you come across an unparalleled example of modern architecture mixed with traditional details. The unification of the interior space with the verandas is accomplished through using the traditional grey pressed cement technique.
The buildings, made of stone, have integrated, up to date materials of external heat insulation, that besides excellent aesthetics, offer superb conditions of temperature, humidity, and soundproofing. Unquestionably its special position and the supreme design, turn the villa into a precious pearl.
Our property consists of 2 buildings, the main structure with 2 levels and an independent room and one independent Guest House. In the main building you come accross with a modern living room which gives access to the pool area, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 master bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of them en suite), and a laundry room. In the Lower floor there is 1 more double bed bedroom where we can add 1 extra foldable single bed for an extra guest and 1 bathroom en suite. Furthermore there is 1 more bedroom with independent access and en suite bathroom. Finally there is available an independent Guest House with living room (you can use as a sofa bed for extra guests), fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. All areas and rooms are bright and spacious, have built-in beds and furniture, easy access to the verandas and share an amazing view to the pool and the sea.
